I was wondering which state would be the brave one. I have to admit I did not expect it to be Colorado, but I'll take it!

(I had been rooting for Minnesota, but alas...)

Colorado is important. The original ruling was that Trump did participate in the insurrection. That’s an important interpretation that can be used in other cases. The 14th Amendment is an easy interpretation.

Someone (sorry, bad memory-long COVID) on MSNBC said they are less likely to overturn the ruling on his participation in the Insurrection.

Of course, never say never.

Wondering if SCOTUS would overturn this, they have to be aware that if he won again, he would disband the Supreme Court.

Neal Katyal doesn't think so, I hope he's correct!

That's what I said on her earlier post.

I would hope they know, but we know there are at least two that accept bribes.

This was worth the wait.

Though this case has many rivers to cross.

Donald has yet to be convicted in the DC case. As we all know by now he-Donald will appeal and then to the Supreme Court.

Would love to see other states do the same .

Pressure works!

We need these wins this goes to the heart of our democracy.

That’s the law, he broke it, what don’t people understand? If anyone else did that they would already be in prison. Hope the rest of the states do the same thing.
