BREAKING: Donald Kicked Off Ballot

Judges called him... WHAT??

BREAKING: The Colorado Supreme Court just ruled that Donald Trump is DISQUALIFIED from holding future office — and cannot appear on the ballot in Colorado in 2024. Read on👇

Here’s the stunning, unprecedented and CORRECT ruling, in a 4-3 vote:

“A majority of the court holds that President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Colorado Secretary of State to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot…

“We conclude that the foregoing evidence… established that President Trump engaged in insurrection.”

Damn right.

NO ONE should give Donald a free pass… not according to Section 3 of the 14th amendment – the Equal Protection clause.

Section 3: Disqualification from Holding Office

“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

This is JUSTICE.

They also conclusively found that Donald’s speech “inciting the crowd” on January 6 was “not protected by the First Amendment.”

What now?

Over a DOZEN states may do the same – kick Donald right off the ballot.

This will be fast-tracked to the Supreme Court. And in order to reach concur with the Colorado Supreme Court, all SCOTUS has to do is read Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The case for disqualifying Donald is crystal clear.

But make no mistake: This is a HUGE Victory for democracy.

It’s time for EVERY state to drop the hammer on my uncle, and time for America to break out the 🍿.
