CAUGHT: Donald Defames Ruby & Shaye?

Cost him $148M... or more?

I have proof that shows Donald repeated the same lies Rudy Giuliani was just fined $148,000,000 for spreading.

By my count, he did it 23 times.

Sending an angry mob against two innocent women:

On December 4, 2020 on his podcast, Giuliani told his listeners that the election workers created “a phony excuse of a water-main break” so they could clear the room of observers. “These people should all go to jail… for a long time,” Giuliani said

The next day, Donald took this lie to the masses.

At a rally in Valdosta, Georgia, Donald showed his crowd a video of Lady Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss at the ballot processing center. Then Donald took the stage and not only appeared to push Giuliani’s same lies, but accused Freeman and Moss of eliminating ten times the votes he needed to win.

“So if you just take the crime of what those Democrat [sic] workers were doing, and by the way there was no water-main break… that’s TEN TIMES more (votes) than I need to win this state. Ten times more… it’s ten times, maybe more than that. It’s ten times more because we lost by a very close number.”

But it gets worse. Much worse.

Then Donald hits them 18 more times:

Remember when Donald called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to convince him he could “find votes” in order to help him “win” the state? During that call, Donald mentioned Ruby Freeman 18 times.

He allegedly referred to her as a ‘professional vote scammer,’ a ‘hustler’ and a ‘known political operative’ who ‘stuffed the ballot boxes.’

The results of this were catastrophic – the two women experienced violent harassment, death threats, and ruined lives.

“Most days I pray that God does not wake me up and I just disappear,” said Moss.

Then he doubled-down, in his Truth Social attacks:

Donald attacked Ruby Freeman on Truth Social, at least four times. He should have to pay for this. Here’s just one example:

Can Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss sue Donald NEXT?

I showed the two pieces of evidence above to attorney Joe Gallina and asked him if the two Georgia election workers could bring a similar case against Donald. Here’s his legal opinion:

”Seeing this evidence, I believe Donald Trump could 100% be sued by Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss for defamation—and they could win. Further, I think Donald Trump faces more serious legal trouble.

“Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss successfully argued all four elements – telling a lie, broadcasting it, showing malice, and harm – which were needed to prove defamation in court against Rudy Giuliani. Donald Trump appears to have committed all four as well.

“The main challenge with bringing the suit against Trump is that he will claim immunity, because he was president when he made most of the purported defamatory statements.”

I pointed out to Gallina that Donald’s “absolute immunity” claims have been falling apart in court recently. He concurred.

“First, just this month,” Gallina said, “Trump’s immunity defense was knocked down in E. Jean Carroll’s case, and also his DC election fraud case. Now, Jack Smith has asked SCOTUS to review when immunity applies.”

“But, immunity might not even be a hurdle for Freeman and Moss, because Donald made a huge and very costly mistake,” Gallina added.

Donald’s critical error

“The January Truth Social post you found – in which Trump claimed Ruby’s group was ‘stuffing’ ballots – was posted after he left office – January of this year. For those comments, Trump has no immunity defense. They could come back to bite him,” Gallina concluded.

Considering the words of the former leader of the free world are much more powerful, have much greater reach, and potentially could cause much greater harm than those of a disgraced lawyer with a suspended law license, Ruby and Shaye deserve MUCH MORE than the $148M settlement than they got from Giuliani.

Between this and other potential damages he’s facing in his New York City fraud trial, it’s possible that numbers like this could devastate Donald financially.
