Trump is the most corrupt president United States history. This is getting so out of control quickly 😩. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ’™πŸ™βœŒοΈπŸ€ž

Sadly, the cult will never blame him for the pain he is causing. They will blame who they are told to blame - libs, Democrats, Biden, trans kids, immigrants. Ignorance is, after all, bliss.

Sadly, true.

"The essence of propaganda consists in winning people over to an idea so sincerely, so vitally, that in the end they succumb to it utterly and can never escape from it."

"Propaganda must facilitate the displacement of aggression by specifying the targets for hatred."

I wish he would move to Argentina with his entire cabinet and run for office there. Let Argentinian physicians deal with his increasingly obvious deterioration.

And yet another reason (on top of many) why he is known as the master manipulator of BS. He pushes the envelope as far as he can, until someone says no. His MO is "Attack, Attack, Attack; Deny everything, admit nothing; Never admit defeat." And then hearing the mindless sheep (MAGA) twisting themselves into a knot attempting to defend the defenseless! Pathetic!

Argentina: Where Nazis go to retire! He is feathering his nest. Ugh!!

Liliana Domenech's avatar

There's no Nazis left in Argentina. They died long ago.

Ellie still in the mix in 26's avatar

Not all that long ago, and although there are no original Nazis left there, they have their own "neo" Nazi problem. Probably one of the things the short-fingered vulgarian likes about them - the "fine people."

Bradley Grower's avatar

Dulles Brothers were responsible for the ratlines to Argentina. Same will happen again.

MOF - an official apology was issued in 2000 by their president.

Ruth Sheets's avatar

Marilyn, you are the second person I have heard suggest this "feathering" process and I do believe you are right, or rather, Trump's handlers are doing the feathering because they don't believe their Baby Donnie is going to make it and they don't care, they just want to use him as long as they can.

Marilyn Z (she/her) πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ's avatar

Ruth, the henchmen(and women) do want what’s ripe for the picking however they get it. Chances are they will go the way of Nixon’s posse and end up in prison while 47 is wheels up on that shiny 747 the Qatari’s gifted him.

Hopefully, the whole lot of them will get their due! They’ve been dumping on their fellow citizens for too long!

Ruth Sheets's avatar

Marilyn, you are right about this group of pathetics. They don't even know the contempt Trump and his cadre have for them. Had they ever listened when their Baby Donnie was speaking, they would have known just what kind of person he was. They chose not to listen. I wonder if they suspected, but couldn't find a way out of their Trump obsession, their comfy cadre of pathetics.

Marilyn Z (she/her) πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ's avatar

At this stage I am not sure if his posse were providing the fodder for his word salads, or if they truly didn’t know what Congress or the Senate (DOJ, SCOTUS etc al) would agree to. So yes, to not being able to find their way out of it. Now, they just pile it higher!

Ruth Sheets's avatar

Marilyn, it is truly sad that so many Americans would prefer to follow an old man with dementia than stop to think then ask, why. Trump has been a con artist all his life. I guess the conning art has been with us from the beginnings of humanity. We learn about it over time. The cons get more sophisticated or rather the artists procure more assistants who can modify the message to suit the tastes of whoever is being targeted. In this case, I think it is vulnerable people who have been used by corporations, men of wealth, and a political system that promotes grift, particularly when power often resides in the hands of totally unqualified folks who have been popularized by men who have an agenda that includes power for themselves. Those folks need an ignorant con artist to get them what they want. Today's actors include the members of Trump's "cabinet," none of whom is qualified for the job they hold and none have the interests of the American people in mind. Joined with them are the Steves, Miller and Bannon, JD Vance, and the rich fools: Theil, Musk, and a host of other billionaires who believe themselves entitled because of some kind of brilliance they have, while also wanting their gigantic slice of the pie. With so much control of our media by wealthy corporate America, that vulnerable crowd can be courted hour after hour, hit with lies, disinformation, and gaslit to the Con's heart's content. Those folks have been permitted to gain far too much wealth for their own good and ours. They buy seats in Congress often for ignorant white folks who will do the bidding of the far too rich. They have even gotten their supporters on our courts since there are no real qualifications for seats on our critical courts or anything else related to our government. Heck, they don't even have to know our Constitution, something we see proven daily.

Very well stated, Ruth. It’s gotten to the point where it’s no longer the β€˜man’, it’s the movement. The movement could be led by anyone now (and is), as long as they follow the 2025 game plan. They’ve found their niche, and are making off with a chunk of the country in tow.

While I respect those who feed the world and appreciate the fact that I do not have to produce my own food, the farmers and ranchers who are getting screwed over by the Criminal-in-Chief are getting exactly what they voted for last November. I guess they thought he wouldn’t do it to them, however if they had been paying attention, they would have realized he does it to everybody eventually.

Ruth Sheets's avatar

Norm, that is why I have no sympathy for the ranchers. That is sad because they are American. Harris and Walls did try to tell the people of this nation what was happening, but they were dyssed even by Democrats. Even Dems couldn't handle the idea of a woman of color as president. Well, they got what they and their billionaire buddies paid for and what Musk may well have helped them with by cheating for them.

Isn't that going to be the bunker under the Epstein Ballroom?

Theo Williams's avatar

That would be too dead-on Hitlerian. Herr Muller might go for it, given his warped nostalgia for the Third Reich's tacky authoritarianism... hey, just a thought.

J Hall's avatar

Well, apparently, revamping the bunker under the east wing is the whole rationale for building the ballroom, according to what I've heard.

Agolf Shitler doesn't give two hoots and a holler whether Argentinians are dying. He doesn't give two hoots and a holler about American cattle ranchers. He only cares about himself.

He's pulling this stunt because the president of Argentina said nice things about him. Period. All anyone has to do to get on Shitler's good side (even if there isn't one) is to flatter him and butter him up. Don't for one minute think the president of Argentina doesn't know that. Putin knows it. So does Kim. And Orban. And Xi. And every other tin-horn dictator.

I wonder how much dough he got under the table. Must have been a bundle.

Argentine is getting the gold mine. American cattle ranchers, who think Shitler is their lord and savior and who voted for him three times, are getting the shaft.

The most dangerous place in the world is between Agolf Shitler and someone else's dollar bill. He will stab people in the back and take bets on which way they fall in order to get his hands on their money. Don't ever forget that. He is a predator in every way anyone can think of.

Fascisculi Epsteini solvendi sunt.

He’s also looking out for the billionaires who bought Argentina’s debt. Argentina’s economy has been torqued for decades and electing Milei wasn’t going to improve it.

I added a calendar on my spreadsheet so we can target our calls/letters/emails/faxes to flood offices in an organized manner.

Use/share this spreadsheet (bit.ly/Nokings) as a resource to call/email/write members of Congress, the Cabinet and news organizations. Call. Write. Email. Protest. Unrelentingly. We deserve better β€οΈβ€πŸ©ΉπŸ€πŸ’™

Reach out (beyond your own) to as many in the Senate and House as you can. All of this is bigger than β€œI only represent my constituents” issues.

I don’t think we’ll see many big waves (like a major MAGA Congress member changing their opinions), however I think we can cause little ripples. I’m thinking staff members who hear the same thing over and over via voicemail, phone calls, letter after letter, email after email - maybe they’ll be a little more receptive each time they hear from us. Maybe they’ll talk more about our talking points to friends and family, maybeeee they’ll vote differently. I think we can cause ripples to push news organizations to be more honest and maybe even a bit accusatory about what’s happening. As a collective, our volume matters. And, at the end of the day, if we just annoy and overwhelm some staffers working for people hurting the average American, I’m ok with that too πŸ™ƒ
