What a coincidence. My sister, E. Jean Carroll is turning 80.m! I love her. So proud. And so happy she has friends like you, Mary!

When I grow up, I want to have even the tiniest fraction of E. Jean's Carroll's energy and grit and kindness and decency. She is just the absolute best. And what a triumph of a year she's had.

What a triumph of a year she's had... and what hell she had to go through to reach that triumph.

Mike Sowden's avatar

Amen. And how she's helped any woman in the present or future facing that kind of hell.

E Jeans Trumpy Trial , Part Deux starts next month. Odds are good Donny is going to owe E, Jean even more moolah and that's a good thing. It doesn't make up for that fat blob assaulting her, but it doesn't hurt.

Elizabeth Schulz's avatar

The only sad part, Marty is that the money he already owes her is held somewhere - until his 'appeal' (of course he appeals it!) is heard. Purely disgusting. I hope the jury awards 10x and takes that from him pronto!

Joyce Marie Hand's avatar

Give her the money. Why is Donald allowed to hold anything up?

I guess the other women are like me, scared to challenge the horrible men who harmed us.

I am so very proud of E Jean a woman of guts.

I believe it's because he appealed the verdict, grrr. So it's held in escrow PENDING that appeal. It's not HIS money anymore, BUT he has the satisfaction of knowing she can't touch it either! He's a first-class FUCK (in my humble opinion). If you haven't yet read any of Jeff Tiedrich's posts, do yourself a favour...he speaks for me as well when he describes the orange one. I too never challenged the brute who destroyed my young life. Had no recourse back then anyway, so I did what I could to make a life for myself - as I'm sure most of us did... eventually finding ourselves here with our champion in E. Jean. We never forgot though...still have our voices. Didn't sweep it under the rug and will NEVER forgive OR allow girls of today to suffer as we did. That's my personal vow - to use my vote and my strength to fight the bastards!

How is that even possible? E.Jean, thank you! You are still a guiding light and have been so supportive for us all. ❤️

I have subscribed and the Cornflab is a rather incredible entity, if we can name a group, an entity.

E. Jaan Carroll is the loveliest.

Happy Birthday to the loveliest. 💕🌿🌸

I so want to, but there's Mary's as well whom I also greatly admire AND Jeff's (Tiedrich) and hubby looks askance on my wanting to pay for reading/joining other people's writings online since he thinks I already spend far too much time 'there'. Perhaps one of these days. :(

One of these days you shall 💕

I don’t know what I would have done without E. Jean these past few months.

Of all the words there are to try to describe the force of nature that is E. Jean: Irreverent, wise, adventurous, humble, savvy, a badass style maven with a vocabulary that is rich and textured, and too much more to mention™️

the one that rises above them all is simple: generous. What a gift she is to so many. 🩷

Happy, happy birthday, E. Jean! 🥳

Breaking News:

E. Jean Carroll - Ageless Wonder and Time's Enigma at 80

In a stunning display of time-defying charisma, E. Jean Carroll, the renowned writer and advice columnist, is not just defying age - she's redefining it. At the remarkable milestone of 80 years, she's transforming the very concept of aging. Dubbed less 'aging gracefully' and more 'gracefully outrunning aging,' Carroll is proving that for her, age is not a downhill journey but an exhilarating adventure.

Rather than simply being 80, E. Jean Carroll seems to embody the essence of the Fountain of Youth, turning the idea into a mere understatement. She's not just getting older; she's accumulating levels in a life where Time itself seems to have misplaced its rulebook. Her existence is a vibrant testament to the adage that age is just a number, and in her case, it might as well be a classified piece of information.

E. Jean Carroll's approach to life is giving Father Time a run for its money. At 80, she's less a 'mature citizen' and more a 'timeless wizard of wit and wisdom.' Describing her as 80 is akin to calling a supernova a mere sparkler. She doesn't simply walk through the years; she struts down a metaphorical runway, with each passing year rising in a standing ovation. In Carroll's lexicon, 'age' is a chic synonym for 'retro-cool.'

In the battle against age, E. Jean emerges as the invincible, perennial victor. She wields her quill with more might than a sword and possesses a spirit that outshines the brightest celestial bodies. In the vast library of life, E. Jean Carroll isn't just a classic tale; she's the continually evolving special edition, captivating and enchanting with every chapter.

Her life is a vibrant tapestry, a narrative that keeps evolving and surprising, standing as an inspiring testament to the power of living life on one's own terms, defying conventions, and redefining the essence of age.
