Hunter Biden has just been indicted for nine tax-related charges. Equal justice time: Here is a list of other alleged crimes – many from my extended family – prosecutors need to take a look at. Read on.👇
Special counsel David Weiss filed 9 charges tax charges against Hunter Biden.
He alleges Hunter "engaged in a four-year scheme to not pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed,” as well as evading the assessment of more taxes.
Reminds me of a certain people I know…
Roger Stone: $2M in taxes owed. Reached a deal, but no indictment.
Rudy Giuliani: Nearly $550,000 still owed in taxes. No indictment
And of course, my own family…
Donald Trump: On trial now. More of this, please!
But let’s look at one series of alleged crimes the corporate media refuses to cover – my cousin’s husband, Jared Kushner.
There is a LONG list of allegations of wrongdoing throughout his career, both in private business and during his time as a senior advisor in the Trump administration.
With the help of lawyer Joe Gallina, I’ve created this list for you – and any prosecutors interested – below.
Forgive any typos; it’s late, and I wanted to get this to you quickly.
FINANCIAL CRIMES
– Misuse of campaign funds: During the 2016 election campaign, Kushner's family business allegedly received millions of dollars in loans from a hedge fund manager who had invested in Kushner's startup company. This raised questions about potential campaign finance violations. (Source).
LAWS POSSIBLY BROKEN:
Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA): Code 52 U.S.C. § 30117(b) Violation: Exceeding contribution limits or engaging in illegal coordination between campaigns and businesses.
– Profiting from government contracts: While serving in the Trump administration, Kushner’s family was accused of using his position to benefit their business interests. This included securing visas for foreign investors who had made investments in Kushner Companies' properties. (Source)
– Conflicts of interest: Kushner's extensive business holdings led to numerous conflicts of interest during his time in the White House. He was often accused of using his government position to advance his personal business interests. His alleged $2 billion Saudi deal should be investigated. (Source)
Federal Anti-Bribery Statute: Code 18 U.S.C. § 201 Violation: Accepting bribes in exchange for official actions.
Federal Conflict of Interest Statute: Code 18 U.S.C. § 208 Violation: Participating in matters that could financially benefit oneself or family members.
Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution: Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 Violation: Receiving gifts or payments from foreign governments without Congressional consent.
FOREIGN POLICY AND NATIONAL SECURITY
– Sharing classified information with Saudi Arabia: Kushner allegedly shared classified information with Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, which could have jeopardized national security interests. (Source)
Espionage Act: Code 18 U.S.C. § 793 Violation: Unauthorized disclosure of classified information that could damage national security.
– Use of WhatsApp for government business: Kushner's use of WhatsApp for government communications raised concerns about transparency and accountability, as messages on the platform can be easily deleted. (Source)
Federal Records Act: Code 44 U.S.C. § 2203 Violation: Failure to properly archive and preserve government records.
The sheer number and seriousness of these accusations raise significant questions about Jared Kushner's conduct and ethics.
I hope prosecutors find this list useful. If they’re so concerned about equal justice, then it’s time to break out 🍿
Thank you for reading with me!
Here’s the deal—it takes a toll on me to call out my own family’s despicable, anti-American, and potentially criminal activity. But I cannot stand by and watch Donald destroy our Democracy.

Clearly Biden’s son has had troubles much of his life. And much due to substance abuse issues. Not excuse. Just fact. What’s wonderful and correct is that President Biden stays out of all the legalities and lets him take his medicine as he has to and should. Whereas Trump would and has done everything possible to shield himself and all family members from having to deal w consequences of any crime committed. He USED (or tried) the federal government Justice Department (s) to do his bidding. Biden supports and loves his children as all of us would. But he isn’t using his bully pulpit to call this an outrage or retribution against him or politically motivated. And THAT is what is being demonstrated to the American public and what everyone should treasure in a President. Honesty. Separation of powers and separation of public and private.

Though the whole world knows his name, no one knows who he is…within the corrosive influence of power-at-all-costs politics. The truth of a man filled with love, integrity, and human struggles… The pain he has endured would be enough to make a lesser man give up on life all together. But despite the best efforts of an cruel few to destroy a private man, he is sober, happy, and as at peace as ever today because as long his family needs him, he has not lost his purpose.
Thank you Mary!
