NOW: Judge SHUTS DOWN Habba & Donald
The judge seriously said this:

Donald’s second E. Jean Carroll defamation suit has just begun and it’s already been a monumental mess of his own making. While he sat in the court room, he watched as his attorney Alina Habba hurt his defense—perhaps irreparably.
"Judge Kaplan is taking exactly zero sh*t from Trump and his lawyers in the Carroll case," tweeted CNN legal analyst Norm Eisen.
Heated Exchange – Habba’s Turn:
At one point in the proceedings, Habba approached Judge Kaplan and asked him to delay the case so Donald could attend his mother-in-law’s funeral. The problem? The judge already responded to their multiple requests.
“The application is denied,” Kaplan said. “I will hear no further argument on it.”
Habba tried to speak again and was immediately shut down:
“None. Do you understand that word? Sit down.”
Ignoring the judge, Habba continued, making the situation even more tense:
“I said sit down!” Judge Kaplan snapped at her.
In an amateur move that was misguided at best, Habba shot back at the judge, “I don’t like to be spoken (to) like that. I will not speak to you like that.”
Kaplan responded simply, “It is denied. Sit down.”
Yesterday Once More
Yesterday’s court room drama was just as bad for Donald and his incompetent attorney. Just moments after the jury was selected, Habba voiced her dissatisfaction with one of the judge’s decisions. Kaplan needed to remind her of basic trial protocol:
"Ms. Habba, I have heard you. I’ve considered what you have to say. And I have ruled. That’s it. In my courtroom, when a ruling is made, that’s the end–not the beginning–of the argument,” he said.
At one point, Habba turned to the judge and said, “I don’t know how to try this case, your honor.” Not good for Donald.
Perhaps this is what happens when you hire a lawyer who is on record saying she’d rather be pretty than smart.
Heated Exchange – Donald’s Turn:
Soon, Judge Kaplan threatened to kick out Donald.
After Donald continued to talk during the trial, loud enough for the jury to hear him say "this is really a con job," Judge Kaplan delivered this admonition:
"Mr. Trump has the right to be present here. That right can be forfeited and it can be forfeited if he is disruptive and if he disregards court orders," Kaplan said.
"Mr. Trump, I hope I don’t have to consider excluding you from the trial. I understand you are very eager for me to do that."
Donald immediately responded, "I would love it, I would love it,” Trump replied, reportedly shaking his hands in the air.
Judge Kaplan replied, "I know you would because you just can’t control yourself in this circumstance. You just can't."
UPDATE: Donald’s Desperation Denied
Moments ago, after lunch, Donald’s team came back into the court with their idea of a master plan.
Donald’s other attorney, Michael Madaio, made a motion for Judge Lewis Kaplan to recuse himself from the trial due to the judge’s “general hostility.”
“De-nied,” Kaplan was quoted as saying.
It looks like Donald is well on his way to having yet another multi-million dollar judgment made against him.
Court Fail, Campaign Fail
E. Jean and her lawyers are doing an excellent job of destroying Donald in court (with an assist from Habba and Donald themselves). But Donald is still frighteningly close to winning the presidency in November.

Anyone remember the Chicago 7 trial back in the 60’s? The Judge had Bobby Seale physically gagged! Wish this Judge could do that instead of simply kicking him out!
