BREAKING: The Maine secretary of state has DISQUALIFIED Donald from the 2024 ballot under the 14th Amendment. Read on👇

Here’s the stunning decision from Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows:

"I do not reach this conclusion lightly. Democracy is sacred … I am mindful that no Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment.

I am also mindful, however, that no presidential candidate has ever before engaged in insurrection. The oath I swore to uphold the Constitution comes first above all, and my duty under Maine’s election laws, when presented with a Section 336 challenge, is to ensure that candidates who appear on the primary ballot are qualified for the office they seek.”

"The events of January 6, 2021 were unprecedented and tragic. They were an attack not only upon the Capitol and government officials, but also an attack on the rule of law. The evidence here demonstrates that they occurred at the behest of, and with the knowledge and support of, the outgoing President. The U.S. Constitution does not tolerate an assault on the foundations of our government, and Section 336 requires me to act in response."

HELL YEAH!

NO ONE should give Donald a free pass… not according to Section 3 of the 14th amendment – the Equal Protection clause - that reads:

Section 3: Disqualification from Holding Office

“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

This is what JUSTICE look like.

What happens now?

Over a DOZEN states may do the same – kick Donald right off the ballot.

Make no mistake: This is a HUGE Victory for democracy.

It’s time for EVERY state to drop the hammer on my uncle. We are watching justice happen in real time.
