Were any of the five young men who were drafted in Donald's place killed or wounded in Vietnam? If they were, their families should civilly sure Donald Trump for their wrongful death or injury. There should be a way to determine this since each draft board has records of who was drafted during each of the five years in which Cadet Bone Spurs was deferred. If he were civilly sued, the plaintiff gets to engage in discovery and determine if there is in fact any record of the probably fictional bone spurs.
I am a year younger than him. After I graduated from high school, I had major surgery to fix a congenital condition so that I could enroll in AFROTC from which I was commissioned and served nearly five active and twenty more in the Air National Guard and Reserve. Had Cadet Bone Spurs really cared about serving his country and really actually had bone spurs, I expect the surgical removal would have been far simpler than what i endured. I contacted a graduate of his class from the New York Military Academy and asked if any class members had served in Vietnam and learned that none had.
