So China cleaning up its act will hopefully make a positive dent that the US's backsliding towards fossil fuels won't be able to offset. Every time he speaks publicly, I cringe.
What a feckless clown-show. It's both unsurprising and still absolutely shocking that he would get up there and, without any kind of script to rein in his worst nonsenses, deny the scientific reality of climate-change to such a completely unhinged degree, and do it so patronisingly to world leaders in the room with him.

When it comes to fighting climate change, that global tide of good sense is proving more than enough to push back against Donald's blustering idiocy - for now.

Yes, true. But as I understand the figures, it's 30% of the global total from China, and 11% from the US (according to 2023 figures). So China cleaning up its act will hopefully make a positive dent that the US's backsliding towards fossil fuels won't be able to offset. It's far from a great situation for a billion different reasons, but it's certainly much better than it was looking before Chinese investment in solar power (that's building going on within China *and* installing Chinese solar tech in other countries) went through the roof in recent years!

100% correct! The Epstein Files really are the Mother Lode that will bring him and many other sexual predators and extortionists down. This, IMHO, is what is enabling the massive corruption and organized criminality, both in the US and on a global level.
Very bad actors in the GOP and others have been pulling out the stops to hide this filth and corruption and cover it up for decades, at least since the 1990s, in the case of Ken Starr.
