I’m very angry and disappointed at the Dems for making it too easy for donald but there also appears to be something else going on. The Senate which at one time had people of intellect and morals has become as depraved as the executive branch( talking about the Repubs) and is in the camp of oligarchs ( and the kakistocracy). The Tea Party was an obvious racist reaction to Obama getting elected. Probably surprised the white Christian nationalists as much as donald did to the progressives in 2016. And somehow different groups w different axes to grind ( misogynists, racists, anti-semitics, xenophobes, etc) all found a home where it was safe to say the quiet part out loud. Usually it’s someone w a bit more intelligence that is able to lead such a group. But thank you producers of the Apprentice dreck that allowed an ignoramous to become a populist.

Mary, thanks for your pure honesty, as always. I am sorry your father was so disrespected by Fred Trump. Today, Heather Cox Richardson pointed out that Trump’s latest war has him very unpopular—and this weakness makes him even more erratic and dangerous. His is vile. But the BILLIONAIRES still support him, and it worries me that they are still throwing zillions of dollars into Republican races. Ordinary citizens like me don’t have a chance if they cheat their way through the mid-terms. Assuming, of course, we have mid-terms. It does scare me that your uncle wants to stop women from voting (the insane “Save America Act.”) The fact that SCOTUS gave Donald “complete immunity from criminal acts” is still revolting. He still carries the nuclear codes, and this demented, demonic man (pushed by evil sycophants) would not hesitate to unleash a nuclear weapon. Even if we survive Donald, we may not survive a nuclear holocaust.

We have a completely Gerrymandered State of Ohio, which makes the Ohio dictatorship possible. Now we have had $2 billion taken illegally from Ohio unclaimed funds given as the main reason why the vastly lucrative Cleveland Browns will be wrenched out of Cleveland. Now the Ohio pols will try to claim they didn't know stealing the $2 bil out of unclaimed funds is illegal. More sudden complete memory loss. It's right on the books. This is all documented in the media. The Browns owners, the Haslam family, has $14 billion but wants the $2 bil of unclaimed funds from Ohioans to pay for much of the new stadium project and much more future profits. It certainly appears the Browns would not be torn out of Cleveland, a huge financial loss to the city if the $2 billion of unclaimed funds would not have been taken, a move approved I believe by the courts and possibly the Ohio political regime. She was quite drunk when she said she wanted rid of me so to speak. I kept her secret for a long time what happened to her. I was very blessed to be raised by parents who said call us mom and dad. My mother secret was her father raped at a very young age. I kept telling them no. I won’t leave. I can be a bit stubborn. I ended up obeying as my grandmother hugged me and kissed me goodbye. I lived in Maine. My father came to live with me as I was taught to take care of my elders. All of this happened as I wouldn’t tell my father this secret. He had a girlfriend of course they didn’t get along. This girlfriend didn’t believe my father had passed away at age 93 years old serving in WW2. I thank my friend Ron who has adopted a new 🐈 named baby. Today I will not be around as it’s Saturday, I need to check on her and Ron as he has Parkinson’s and type 2 diabetes that was the best thing for him to do is get a pet for at times, I feel it helps him deal with his disease’s we agreed if something were to happen to him , I would take baby into my home.
