One thing many people don’t know is that you can’t treat a person for a mental illness if they don’t want the help. And some people are batshit crazy which makes it even harder to help them. I worked with adult who had Bipolar D/O, Schizophrenia, Major Depression, Borderline Personality D/O, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and I can tell you this is REAL!

After reading your comments about mental illness I decided to address this issue. I worked for 38 years at two mental health centers. One thing many people don’t know is that you can’t treat a person for a mental illness if they don’t want the help. And some people are batshit crazy which makes it even harder to help them. I worked with adult who had Bipolar D/O, Schizophrenia, Major Depression, Borderline Personality D/O, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and I can tell you this is REAL!
I believe Mary is right with what she is saying. Quite frankly I have observed people without any mental illness perform serious harm and crimes— I think far worse than anyone with a mental illness because they can process what they plan to do—it is premeditated.
