"warmonger, but that was how Lindsey Graham’s generation thought about national security" I'm in that generation and that's certainly not my way of thinking. He was a fucking warmonger and I'm happy he's gone.
Not my way of thinking either! He was a smarmy little git when he was a baby congresscritter, and he remained one as Senator. I am sorry for those who cared for him, bu I do not miss him.
Not one of the current regime seems to have even one redeeming quality. Truly surreal to have a convicted felon, 5 times draft dodger in charge of our military and making war just because he can.
Thank you for the transcript, MARY. I have always enjoyed Molly, she is very wise and honest about our politics of the day. She cuts to the program with ease and understanding.
I’m going to take exception to the knock on the casket. Because djt, it may just be weird.
I’ve been asked to sing graveside, and have always worn the initial ring my father gave me for my 20th birthday. I’m rarely able to speak after singing. I use my ring to say “next time” one knock for each word. And damn! Dad’s casket in December was metal- and nobody missed the knock knock. (First metal casket I’ve sung over)
Not unlike the Seals driving a trident into fellow SEALS caskets. Some are personal or institutional. And my agnostic/athiest self doesn’t care who likes it or not. I will stand at the head of a casket to sing and will not change anything I’ve done for over a decade.
I can’t wait until he’s gone, either through the end of his term or death.
Joan you are certainly not alone.

Every day is increasingly worse than the day before.
