If there's an event more visually representative of the extent to which the Republic has succumbed to decadence, corruption, and despotism, I can't think of it.

In keeping with the spirit of things and historical roots, maybe before they fight they should first give Trump a fascist salute (which after all originated in ancient Rome) and shout, "We who are about to get beaten up, salute you!" In his second term with Project 2025 as a guideline, he's destroyed the economy, alienated us from our allies, destroyed the morale of our armed forces, gutted agencies that helped people in our country and around the world because he felt they were not necessary and too expensive. Forbes has said he's increased his net worth by $3 billion in a year I'm sure in an illegal manner. I won't go on and on, we all know what he's done. I'm sure right now he's working on stealing the mid-terms as a warm-up to him staying in office beyond 2028.
