I think our biggest concern should not be the lies, it should be the completely unintelligible garbage that comes out of his mouth that makes no sense whatsoever. I wish reporters would just stop asking him questions because quite honestly it terrifies me to hear how he responds. He is not right in the head.

and the media need to start quoting him verbatim, not editing to make it make (sort of) sense. Let everybody see how incoherent he is. Then point out that he contradicts himself, from sentence to sentence, not just day to day.

And he should not be allowed to get away with the petty personal insults - at least they should be highlighted in the press stories too. Let everyone see - because apparently some 35+% of the population have not noticed it yet - just what kind of person he is.

I’m more interested in his crimes. There are people out there, Democrats even, who still think he won the 2024 election fair and square. Even with my limited knowledge of his criminal history, I know that’s not possible. Nothing in that knowledge, not even the established fact that he stole the 2016 election, proves anything about the 2024 election, but it should be more than enough for all of us to be screaming for investigations of all three elections.

I thank Dr. Trump for today’s addition to my list. I’d like to get to work compiling a list of his crimes and likely crimes after the theft of 2016, but it seems so exhausting. Oh well, I guess if Dr. Trump can do what she does, I should be able to do this.

We've heard of loose cannons, but this guy is a loose Gatling gun, shooting off in every direction all at once. What a menace to the entire world.

Just one thing in your transcript, first paragraph. I don’t think “benign” is the word for anything having anything to do with Donald. Perhaps when you spoke, you used a more appropriate word, but the machine transcription screwed it up.

I would check, only I do not listen to or watch anything where I might be subjected to the sound of his voice. It is all I can do not to puke when I hear maybe two words in his voice just before or just after a simultaneous translation into French when I am listening to France 24.

Thank you for all you do to fight this monster. I read your book, “Too Much and Never Enough“, and very seriously wished I could travel back through time to preemptively avenge your father‘s death.

“There is more than one kind of freedom," said Aunt Lydia. "Freedom to and freedom from. In the days of anarchy, it was freedom to. Now you are being given freedom from. Don't underrate it.”

—Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid’s Tale

Every second of the day, we are praying for the freedom TO a safer, more harmonious America and freedom FROM this madness. Thank you, Mary, for making sense of this dark and dangerous tale for all of us.

Lisa, thanks for the "freedom to and freedom from" concept. I never thought about it that way before.

I'd better read The Handmaid's Tale book for sure this time. I've thought about doing so, but never got around to it.

The critical issue remains the lack of any meaningful, tangible , effective pushback against Donalds self centered emulsion conspiracies;

A. Kickbacks from $400 million destruction of historic east wing for an empty party room.

B. Attempted destruction of forests and national parks for lumber and big oil kickbacks.

C. Outboard motorboat war against alleged drug traffickers, who want to commit suicide!

Argentina has huge oil reserves!

Wanna bet on the outcome!

D. Death and lockups from alcohol addiction far outnumber Argentinian drug use.

So why not bomb and kill Irish , Scottish , British and French Distilleries and booze deliveries!

We know he is lying but I don't think he remembers what he said 5 minutes ago let alone last week. But it has always been easier for him to hurl an insult than to answer a question, even if the answer is a lie. What disgusts me is that these reporters have so little self respect and so little respect for each other that they continue to put up with the insults. They should either press him harder on the point after the insult, likely causing a total meltdown, or stand up, look directly at him and say "Mr. Trump, what the fuck is wrong with you?" then turn and walk out of the room, likely to the cheers and applause of an appreciative crowd.

Not only have prices skyrocketed in grocery stores and restaurants, but size and quantity has been drastically reduced. An increase in the price of the product with the quantity or contents reduced by half or more. Two rolls of paper towels were listed at 14.99 as another example. You used to be able to buy paper towels in bulk for 5.99, 6.99. Now they are almost 50.00.
