Trump’s vanity and visceral urges to retaliate against those he perceives as his enemies and to crush future protests will only intensify his oppressive tactics. They will also lead many of those who voted for him or supported him to conclude that he needs to go.
Just as significant is the powerful message sent to Trump’s block of 6 enablers on the Supreme Court, who, driven by their own far right-wing political ideology, would have to be blind and deaf not to heed the messages sent by the largest protest in American history that they have gone too far in expanding Trump’s powers, authorities and immunities that have served only to encourage and facilitate his pursuit of dictatorial powers.
The demonstrations also showed everybody (American citizens) the degree of national displeasure there is with the trump regime and how seriously the public perceives it as an existential problem. Meaning, governors have an idea now that most of their state population has a problem with Trump.
Trump is not going to remove himself He will probably have his name poured into the cement floor of the ballroom. It's going to take governors to do it, or the votes of civilians. but, at least there is a benchmark to compare against now should Trump rig the elections again.

One of these sailors made an odd comment. The ship is an ice breaker. It is scheduled to head north on the east coast to the berring strait (the north west passage) and into Hudson's Bay for something. Then, on the return trip it is going straight to the Carribean to "help the Americans fight the Venezuelans" according to this sailor.
Now, there is NO WAY the Canadian Navy is going to help Trump attack civilian vessels operating off the coast of Venezuela. The action is illegal, and Canada doesn't do illegal unethical stuff like being an out of control war monger like Trump is. The ship is expected to arrive around March 2026 where the American armada is.
Now, Bermuda IS affiliated with Canada, so it maybe there to protect Bermuda from Trump. The ship also provides humanitarian relief. If Trump is saying a "nineth" war (against Venezuela) is coming (to seize it's oil assets), this ship may also be positioning itself to deliver medical relief and clean water to Venezuelan casualties if Trump invades that country. This ship has already been in the area last may 2025 to practice humanitarian relief efforts.
