Greg, yes, the Democrats lost, but it was not without help from the pre-DOGErs under Musk and their algorithms and satelite transmissions of those algorithms to just the swing state voting tallying locations and just enough votes over that there would be no automatic recount, and at just about thes ame level of "victory" in each state. Anyone with a knowledge of statistics would know that is not possible without help. Then the Democrats, fearing to be called whining losers, didn't challenge the election at all, so the cheat went through and Democrats now turn on each other, just as Trumplandia hoped would happen. It's time everyone wakes up to this anti-democratic set of actions which, I would call treason, the enemy from within, but with support and direction from Putin, Netanyahu, possibly others, enemies from without. We can stop them, but we are going to have to do it together!
June, Democrats need a press conference/gathering on the Capitol steps in DC and in every state capital, even at city halls around the country, at least a couple of times a week with something to get attention, then good speeches with the platform of the whole party described and discussed by local people showing how that would work on the local level! We can't give up because as Joyce Vance tells us "giving up is unforgivable!"
Which Dems? Congress or WE the people, our neighbors? Some of us show up at every protest, vote and donate. Unfortunately, many people, neighbors I know detest Trump, but don’t bother to show up at the protest. Then there’s the DEMS in Congress. Seems they could be doing more but they’re too “polite”.

Eight years ago in his book "Trumpocracy: The Corruption of the American Republic", neoconservative David Frum said, "If conservatives become convinced that they can not win democratically, they will not abandon conservatism. They will reject democracy." Unfortunately six of those conservatives are members of the US Supreme Court. Why should they be accorded any constitutional legitimacy, when they are working to undermine the Constitution?
The Hungarians came out in droves to vote, including young voters. They were all very aware of Orban's criminality. Not so in this country. The Repubs just keep on gerrymandering, the courts support it, and the Dems have their thumbs up their asses. And the younger generation? Don't care. Look at the people in Hungary who were dancing in the street. Not the 70 year olds, but the 30 year olds. That says it all.

There is another kind of “redistricting” underway: Lower- and middle-income families are moving from “blue” states like New York, Illinois and California to Florida, Texas and South Carolina. Granted, some may be relocating because they are conservative. But I reckon more or doing so because of the cost of living. If someone and/or their spouse or partner can do the same kind of work, even for less money, but can afford a house in their new locale instead of renting a one-bedroom apartment to share with two kids in their old locale, they’re going to make the move. Some may become more conservative by osmosis. But what about the family with two mamas or two papas—of different races and ethnicities—with a transgender child? Aren’t they, in effect, gerrymandered?
It seems to me that the cheat is on, so Democrats need a different strategy, one that puts a high-quality decent human being candidate in every single district at every single level, then gets volunteers to call, knock doors, put up billboards, makes social media posts, whatever it takes to reach out to those voters who have been placed in these crazy new districts, some of them 200 miles in length in TN, for example. They need to inform those white voters that they are being used so the super rich can turn them into slave labor for the benefit of the very rich. Republicans do not care about them, their families, their struggles, nothing, and they prove it all the time, but try to hide their actions! Then share the platform of the Democrats that involve working for universal healthcare, ending tariffs, working for renewable energy that can lower their energy costs, making sure their air and water are clean, good jobs that pay a living wage, a court system that stands for justice and fairness, honesty in our media, well-maintained roads, support for family farms and farming in general, and the specifics of the people in that district and demonstrate that they mean it. That could make the stupid cheating gerrymandering useless. People don't like to be used, even scared white people who have been groomed to believe Trump and his toddler pool care about working folks, which of course, they don't. This could work if the DNC would wake up and stop pretending the old ways will still work and that some districts should be written off. A strong caring universal platform can do far more to give Democrats victories than anything that was done in the past. And, Dems should work at all levels of government, particularly to help states ditch regressive state legislatures who are worried more about hurting trans kids than helping to make people's lives better, more fair.

Remember when he told us, in July, 2020, that they only way he'd lose in November was if the election were rigged? He was losing in the polls at that time.
