The Governor of Virginia asked the corrupt US Supreme Court to intervene on behalf of the voters who backed a Democratic gerrymander. They won't. Gerrymanders are only for Republicans. What she should have done in conjunction with the legislature is said to the VA court, thank you for your input, fuck off, and implemented the new maps. Republicans would have done it, in fact they already have in Ohio and Florida.

Gov. Spanberger, why do you think you were elected? or, more directly, what did you think you wer elected to DO?

Americans might be surprised to know that gerrymandering is legal nowhere else in the developed world, if not the world as a whole. In fact, the last time there was another country that had it was the Republic of Ireland in the early 1980s, where its proportional representation electoral districts do not exceed five members. What the Democrats have had to do is regrettable, in response to actions by the Republicans that are, typically, reprehensible, but it is clear that politics in the US now more than ever match Clausewitz's definition, war without bloodshed. So far.

Gov Spanberger put your big girl pants on and ignore the supreme court’s disgusting decision towards your voters. Don’t be a centrist who plays nice. Times are no longer nice. 🥊
