If signed, Iran will have the US and the world over a "barrel" (as in the $100 each variety), and, as Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said, Iran will have a sword over the Strait of Hormuz... indeed, the proverbial Sword of Damocles is in reality, the "un-obliterated" sword of Iran... does our Intelligence Community have a reliable sense about the extent of Iran's military and terrorist capabilities?
